Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized an industrial
visit for its management department students in Bonn Biscuits (Ludhiana). The
students of management department took part in this visit. In this visit Assistant
professor Minal Verma & Assistant professor Pankaj Salhotra accompanied
& guided the students about the need and importance of industrial visit. Purpose
of this visit was to familiarize the students with working style of the organizations.
Students visited the manufacturing plant of Bonn Biscuits and were given
detailed information about the working of plant by the authorities. Students
were also briefed about the international quality control measures followed by company.
It was a successful visit and this exposure will help students in their further
studies. The plant manager explained about the different department and also
the working style of the various departments. The students were very much
curious about the visit and joined the visit with full dedication and interest.
The correlation analysis refer to the techniques used measuring the closeness of the relationship between variables. "Correlation analysis deals with the association between two or more variables." 1. Positive and Negative Correlation: whether correlation is positive or negative would depend upon the direction of change. i.e if as one variable is increasing the other, on an average is also increasing or if one variable is decreasing the other, on an average is also decreasing, correlation said to be positive.
