Mr. Sanjay Kumar Operation Manger of caribou Coffee, Bahrain. The event was inaugurated by Prof.
Deepak Paul principal Hotel Management. The objective of the event was to
update knowledge & skills of the students. Mr. Sanjay started the session
by sharing his own experiences of early phases in the session he motivated the students
to become a good chef & in his presentation he focused on basics of food production;
he guided the students to work with full dedication. He further added that never
admit defeat. He put emphasis on the hard working culture and dedication
towards the profession. He further said hard work is always worship and
strength as well. Modern time is a great time for devoted chefs in the hotel
industry. They are the real masters with their special skills and desired
efforts. He also guided students to adopt healthier life-style. After the session vote of thanks was presented by Dr.
Shailesh Tripathi Group Director Innocent Hearts group of Institutions and
expressed his warm regards and thanks to Mr. Sanjay and said that we too, will continue inviting other guest from the
related industry to inspire our students to stand aloof than others.
