An Extempore Competition was organized for the
students of classes XI and XII. The topics were given on the spot by draw of
lots. The presence of mind and oratory of students was laudable. No matter what
the topic, the children were ready with a tongue -in -cheek anecdote or a
serious discourse. The stage was conducted by the students of class XII Smriti
and Rhythm. Mrs. Ambika and Mrs. Sonia were the judges and also declared the result.
First position was bagged by Jasleen Kaur. Pahul Preet Kaur got second position
and Vanshika stood at third position. The consolation prizes went to Uday and Prerna.
Director Principal Schools Mr. Dheeraj Banati congratulated the participants
for the efforts and said that such activities encourage
the students to think on their feet and generates confidence in them.
The correlation analysis refer to the techniques used measuring the closeness of the relationship between variables. "Correlation analysis deals with the association between two or more variables." 1. Positive and Negative Correlation: whether correlation is positive or negative would depend upon the direction of change. i.e if as one variable is increasing the other, on an average is also increasing or if one variable is decreasing the other, on an average is also decreasing, correlation said to be positive.
