Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized an industrial
visit for its management department students in Pepsico (Varun Beverages Ltd),
Phillaur. The students of management department took part in this visit. In
this visit Assistant professor Dr. Rohan Sharma & Assistant professor Pankaj
accompanied & guided the students about the importance and need of
industrial visit. Purpose of this visit was to familiarise the Management
students with corporate environment and working of industrial organisations. Students
visited the bottling plant of Pepsico and were given detailed presentation
about the working plant by the authorities of Varun Beverages. Students were also
briefed about the international quality control measures followed by company.
It was a successful visit and this exposure will help students in their further
studies. Mr. Abjit (Plant Manager) explained about the different department and
also the working style of the various departments. The students were very much
curious about the visit and joined the visit with full dedication and interest.
The correlation analysis refer to the techniques used measuring the closeness of the relationship between variables. "Correlation analysis deals with the association between two or more variables." 1. Positive and Negative Correlation: whether correlation is positive or negative would depend upon the direction of change. i.e if as one variable is increasing the other, on an average is also increasing or if one variable is decreasing the other, on an average is also decreasing, correlation said to be positive.
