Innocent Hearts Green Model Town,
Loharan, Cantt. Jandiala Road and Royal World participated enthusiastically
under the programme “Swacchta Pakhwara”started by Municipal Corporation and
Education Department. The students took a pledge to keep the surroundings clean
with the mission “Swacch Bharat, Swasth Bharat, Sashakt Bharat”. On this occasion
the students took out a rally to create awareness among public and explained
the importance of cleanliness. The students carried banners “Dawai se Naata
Todo, Safai se Naata Jodo , Yuva Shakti hai Sab par Bhari, Chalo Karo Ab Swacch
Bharat Ki Tyari , Go Green” to convey their message of cleanliness. The students cleaned the
garden area adjacent to their school and planted saplings. They motivated
others too to plant trees and keep their surroundings clean. They were told to
motivate their parents and neighbours for the same.This could benefit them for
their better health. On this occasion, Director Principal Schools - Mr. Dheeraj
Banati, Vice Principal Mrs. Sharmila Nakra , Examination Incharge Mrs.
Gurwinder , Loharan Incharge Ms. Shallu
Sehgal and Mrs. Alka Arora were present.
