Innocent Hearts Students Vansh and Shreya Victorious - Gold Medal in Taekwondo at “Jalandhar Sahodya Independent Schools Competition


Innocent Hearts student of Class IX Vansh and Shreya of class IV achieved gold medal in  Jalandhar Sahodya Independent Schools Taekwondo Competition. Vansh played in the U-17 age category and weight wise U- 45 kg and won gold medal brought  laurels and glory to his alma mater.  On the other hand, Shreya,   sister of Vansh Vasudev too won gold medal while playing under 14 age category and U-28 kg weight category.  Earlier too both of them many a time won medals for their performance in Taekwondo. On their exceptional performance, Director Principal- Mr. Dheeraj Banati and Vice Principal Ms. Sharmila Nakra congratulated the H.O.D. Sports Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj and the coach Mr. Harpreet Singh. Vansh and Shreya won the gold medal in this competition which was conducted at Berry’s Global Discover School, Malsian having decimated their expert opponents with great skill and power. Congratulating them on their accomplishment the Management of the school wished them luck for future too. Academic Secretary of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Dr. Anup Bowry congratulated Vansh and Shreya on their victory and wished them greater glory and triumphs in their future endeavours. He also announced a special concession in tuition fee for Vansh and Shreya.

INNOCENT HEARTS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, “TEACHERS TO BE” GRABBED THE LIMELIGHT WITH SUPERB RESULT.

The student-teachers of Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar achieved 100% distinctions in GNDU B.Ed. Examination Sem – III (Dec - 2018). Forty-six percent student – teachers grabbed more than 90% marks and thirty – five percent student – teachers achieved (80-90)% marks. Six student-teachers – Amrit Arora,   Ankita Khera, Diksha Trehan, Komal Sahi, Ravneet Kaur and Swati Verma achieved first   position in the college with 92.5% marks. Three student – teachers Kanika Jain, Ritika andChandni Kapoor bagged second position with 92.25% marks and two student – teachers Tanvi and Rashminder Sahi got third position in the college with 92% marks.
