The Innocent Hearts School took an initiative to update the
parents of class X and XI by Mrs. Himani Singh- the counselor of Innocent
Hearts. She stressed on the need of the
hour of good parenting techniques. The topic emphasized that the Parent of the
contemporary era feels helpless at times to deal with his or her child. The
problem areas are that the parents believe their children blindly which should
not be done, time to time parents should visit the school to keep in touch with
what is happening in school. The concept of 75% attendance is important as we
want to groom the students for the 21st century where they need to
have good communication skills, critical thinking, creativity and
collaboration. The parents should not cut a sorry figure in front of their children;
on the contrary they should be smart enough to use their smart phones to be
updated. The importance of unity between parents is mandatory so that the child
should not take advantage of them. So, the onus is on three of us that is
teacher, parent and children. So, we have to unite together and make the best of
our students. Mr. Dheeraj Banati – Director Principal Schools laid importance
on being in touch with the faculty to know the real picture physically. Mrs.
Ambika Pasrija extended hearty welcome to the parents.
The correlation analysis refer to the techniques used measuring the closeness of the relationship between variables. "Correlation analysis deals with the association between two or more variables." 1. Positive and Negative Correlation: whether correlation is positive or negative would depend upon the direction of change. i.e if as one variable is increasing the other, on an average is also increasing or if one variable is decreasing the other, on an average is also decreasing, correlation said to be positive. If on the other hand one variable is increasing, the other is decreasing or vice versa it is said to be negative correlation. e.g 1. Positive correlation: X : 10 12 15 18 20 X: 80 70 60 40 30 Y...
