Guest Lecture on Digital Marketing


In order to fill the gap between industry and academia by facilitating to develop them as industry professional, Ms. Rupinder Kaur Sr. Software Engineer from Wipro Industries visited Innocent Hearts Group of institutions.  Guest lecture was organized on Career opportunities in Digital Marketing in Loharan Campus.

The lecture was organized for the students of BBA and MBA Ms. Rupinder Kaur said that digital marketing is the promotion of products or brands via one or more forms of electronic media. Clarifying it further, she said that Digital marketing offers the prospect of increasing and enhancing the interactions and relationships with current and prospective customers through social networking and mobile applications. She further added that this technology helped to analyze the marketing campaigns and understand the viability of events happening in the real time. She informed the students that the concept of digital marketing has gained momentum all around the world due to the substantial increase in the mobile and internet users.
Motivating the students towards opting Digital Marketing as their career, she said that the number of visionary marketers and branding professionals was majorly skewed in comparison to the extensive rise in digital marketing. She encouraged the students to opt for this field as the smaller businesses in smaller cities like Jalandhar had greater prospects of benefiting from digital marketing. The interactive session was then followed by a question answer round where the students clarified all their doubts.

Group Director Dr. Shailesh Tripathi thanked the guest for sharing valuable information with the students.

ਇਨੋਸੈਂਟ ਹਾਰਟਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ 23 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2019 ਨੂੰ ਢਿਲਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੁਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਅੰਤਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਸਹਿ-ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਹਿ-ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਆਈਟਮ ਲਈ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦਿਕਸ਼ਾ ਤ੍ਰੇਹਣ ਬੀ.ਐੱਡ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ-4 ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜੈਸਮੀਨ ਮਹਾਜਨ ਬੀ.ਐੱਡ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ-2 ਨੇ ਡੇਕਲਾਮੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਜਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਜੇਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
