Innocent Hearts Cantt. -Jandiala Road Branch organized an interactive
session with the mothers of the students of Class KG II to Class IV. The
session was conducted by Dr. MeenuWahi a noted dietician and nutritionist. The
main point was to make the mothers aware of the nutritional requirement of
their kids. Keeping in mind the aim of “Swasth Bharat” many ways of giving
innovative recipes for normal food were discussed with the mommies. It was
hoped that the increased awareness of the mothers would help them to bring up a
healthier new generation. Dr. Wahi explained that the efficiency and capacity
of our tiny tots is affected directly by the food they consume. She encouraged
the mothers to cook interesting, tasty and yet nutritious meals. The Incharges
of C.J.R. Ms. NitikaKapoor (INNOKIDS)

the health of the children - based on a balanced diet -
is a major factor in their success. Such sessions are necessary as they help to
ensure the balanced development of our children.
