Innocent Hearts Group of
Institutions, Loharan campus organised a
guest lecture for its Hotel Management students. Prof. Deepak Paul principal of
Hotel Management welcomed the Hr Manager Mr Abhinabh Rana & F&B Manager
Mr Abhishek Bali from ITC Fortune, Jalandhar. The objective of the event was to
update knowledge & skills of the students. Mr Abhishek Bali started the
session by sharing his own experiences of early phases in the session he motivated
the students to become a good hotelier & in his presentation he focused on
basics of F&B Service; he guided the students to work with full dedication.
He further added that never admit defeat. He put emphasis on the hard working
culture and dedication towards the profession. He further said hard work is
always worship and strength as well. Mr Abhinabh Rana also contributes his
thoughts towards how to become a good chef, as he discuss that modern time is a
great time for devoted chefs in the hotel industry. They are the real masters
with their special skills and desired efforts. He also guided students to adopt
healthier life-style.
