INDUSTRIAL VISIT FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized an industrial visit for its hotel management students at Radisson Hotel, Jalandhar. It is one of the best renowned hotel in Jalandhar. In this visit 60 students of BHMCT and BTTM took part in it. In the visit HOD of Hotel Management department Gagandeep Humpal & Assistant Professor Arashdeep Singh accompanied & guided the students about the importance and need of industrial visit. HR Manager Mr. Rajeev Wadhawan explained about the different department and also the working style of the various departments. The students were very much curious about the visit and joined the visit with full dedication and interest .

INNOCENT HEARTS ROYAL WORLD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BIDS ADIEU – “HASTA- LA- VISTA” TO CLASS XII

Royal World School, under the auspices of Innocent Hearts bid adieu to its seniors – the Class XII students by organizing a farewell- ‘Hasta La Vista’ in their honour. The Gala Celebration was enthusiastically inaugurated with a welcome speech by the hosts Class XI. They brought colour and warmth to the proceedings by reciting a poem in honour of their seniors, a song wishing them farewell and a dance that made all tap their feet in accompaniment. The main attraction however turned out to be the vibrant and colourful performance given by Class XII students which won the hearts of all present. The fun and games organized by Class XI saw whole hearted participation with enjoyment in full measure. A special award for best overall performance was presented to Shaina Verma. The panel discussion on the topic of syllabus Gender Inequality was held on January 30, 2019 in Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar. Dr. Tirath Singh, Principal of Sacred Heart College of Education Barnala, was a coordinator and resource person. The lecture was organized for the students of BBA and MBA Ms. Rupinder Kaur said that digital marketing is the promotion of products or brands via one or more forms of electronic media. INNOCENT HEARTS SCHOOLS PAY HOMAGE TO THE FATHER OF THE NATION MAHATMA GANDHI ON HIS MARTYRDOM DAY

On the occasion of the Martyrdom Day of the ‘Father of the Nation’, Mahatma Gandhi all four schools of Innocent Hearts (Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.- Jandiala Road and Royal World School) paid homage to his memory by observing two minutes of silence. A special assembly was conducted during which the students were enlightened about the life and ideals of the great personality. All members of the staff and the students stood with folded hands during the two minute silence.    Director Principal Mr. Dheeraj Banati explained the Value of Non- Violence to the students. They were told about his simple life and to follow his messages in their life. Every year on 30 th January we recall sacrifice of the Father of the Nation and every citizen pay tribute to him.

INNOCENT HEARTS GIVES GRAND FAREWELL TO CLASS XII STUDENTS- HASTA LA- VISTA

Innocent Hearts School Green Model Town held a grand function “HASTA LA VISTA” 2018-19 to wish their students of class12 a successful future on the completion of their school term. A fond farewell was organized by the management, staff and students of the school. The program began with the formal welcome which was followed by a variety of dances. The 11 th standard students entertained the gathering with their rhythmic dances and melodious songs. The students of XII participated in modeling and were adjudged according to their performances, dress and sheer presence. Among the boys ­­­­­­, Nilesh was adjudged Mr. Innocent, Best Costume – Dikshant Pal, Handsome Hunk-Parth Arora , Best Hairstyle - Akshit   and Pleasing Personality – Sangeet Pal . The Celebration of Republic Day

Innocent Hearst Group of Institutions, Loharan Campus and College of Education celebrated republic day, Students took part in different activities such as debate  competition  & Writing competition. Along with this  Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan , Cantt. - Jandiala Road and Royal World celebrated Republic Day with patriotic gusto. With this   Everyone was full of patriotic zeal. The students sang patriotic song. The li’l soldiers raised slogans “Bharat Mata Ki Jai.” They were dressed up as Bharat Mata, Gandhi ji or Chacha Nehru. FIRST PRIZE IN POSTER-MAKING COMPETITION

The student-teachers of Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar participated in Inter-College Competitions organised at Dips College of Education, Dhilwan on Jan 23, 2019. Keeping in mind, the development of co-scholastic aspects of the student’s personality, all the students are motivated to participate in such activities and are trained for each co-curricular item. Diksha Trehan, student-teacher of B.Ed. Semester-IV stood first in Poster-making competition and Jasmin Mahajan, student-teacher of B.Ed. Semester-II achieved second prize in Declamation contest. The Management, Principal and faculty members appreciated the participants and congratulated the winners for their excellent performances.

Tiny Tots of INNOKIDS Recited Poems on Birth Anniversary of Neta Ji Subhash Chander Bose

INNOKIDS – the Pre- Primary School of Innocent Hearts celebrated Birth Anniversary of Neta Ji   Subhash Chander Bose. To mark the celebration all four schools (GMT, Loharan , CJR and Royal world) organized a number of activities. The children recited poems in remembrance of Neta Ji. They took part with full enthusiasm in the “Know Your Nation” quiz related to the life of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Some of them even came dressed as Netaji.   The main purpose of these activities is to familiarize the children with the patriots of the nation and their noble selfless acts. The students ranging from Nursery to K.G. II took part in this quiz and answered questions confidently. First Day of New Entrants of Nursery at INNOKIDS

INNOKIDS- the Pre Primary Wing, Green Model Town and Loharan of Innocent Hearts School welcomed new entrants of Nursery (2019-20) enthusiastically. The Kids were welcomed by their teachers earnestly .Little angels took a first step on the ladder of Education. In a while, the kids started feeling comfortable in the school environment. Sweets and smileys were given to the students.   The words on the smileys were “Welcome to INNOKIDS”, “Say Cheese”, and “Get Ready for New Colorful Year”. Freshers were welcomed by their seniors (Nursery).INNOKIDS Incharge- Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur- G.M.T.   Mrs. Alka- Loharan mentioned that these little ones get adjusted to the environment in 2- 3 days.   The school organizes a number of activities to groom the kids.   The children are motivated to eat green vegetables. ASTOUNDING PERFORMANCE BY INNOCENT HEARTS STUDENTS IN JEE MAINS -JANUARY 2019

Innocent Hearts students excelled in the JEE (Mains) conducted by the National Testing Agency in January 2019 making their alma mater proud. Innocent Hearts conducts various activities through ‘Buddy Groups’ during the “Anti Drug Campaign”

All four Schools of Innocent Hearts – Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt. Jandiala Road and Royal World School followed the plan initiated by Honourable Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh in the “Anti Drug Campaign” by conducting various activities as inter Buddy Group competitions. Groups having 5 students with one captain each have been made for Classes VI to XII. One Senior Buddy- a teacher - looks after 10 groups and helps to organise the activities. The groups participated in extempore, slogan writing, poster making and also group discussions during the ‘Anti Drug Campaign’.   The groups work together with cooperation and collaborate to give the best performance on the part of their group with each member encouraging the participants. The main aim of this campaign is to rid Punjab of the drug menace which is ruining many lives. Innocent Hearts organized Professional Development Programmes for the Teachers

Innocent Hearts conducted three workshops on “Professional Development” and “Classroom that Cares” in the GMT branch. The main aim of these was to enable teachers to manage students in the changing mental and physical scenario of today.   The workshop on professional development was conducted by Ms. Nandita Mukerji. It was an interactive session where the teachers were encouraged to use DI – “Differential Instruction” with the aim of” Enhancing Instructional skills through differentiation and Creative Teaching Techniques”. Here it is emphasized that each child has needs and problems which are varied and require a different approach. To thank the Almighty for bygone 2018 and to seek His blessings for the coming year, path of Shri Sukhmani Sahib ji was kept at Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town. All the staff members attended the path.   This was followed by Kirtan which took everyone to the spiritual world. Everybody enjoyed the Kadah Prasad after the path. This is a regular feature of the school followed every year to welcome New Year. The Management of the School and staff members pray for the bright future of the students and wish the coming year brings prosperity for all.

Tiny tots of INNOKIDS scattered colours in “Vivacious Vibrance”

The Blooming Buds of Nursery of INNOKIDS- the Pre - Primary wing of Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town scattered colours in gala event Vivacious Vibrance . The children spell bound the audience with their magnificent stage performances. The program began with Ganesh Vandana by the students of Nursery A. It was followed by Western Dance by the students of Nursery B. The kids of Nursery E1 presented English Action Song. The students of Innocent Hearts School, Loharan brought laurels to the school by bagging first position in Sahodya Inter School Origami Competition. Sayna Arora – Class II, Sargun Kaur - Class III, Akshra – Class IV and Kanika Thakur – Class V took part in the competition and won first prize. They depicted “Christmas Village Scene” which was highly appreciated. The students were awarded     Gold Medal and Trophy. Students of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan campus got placed in Marriott Chain. Preeti, Gurpreet, Lovepreet students of Hotel Management got selected in COURTYARD, Marriott, Gurgoan, as a Guest Service Associate - F & B Service. It was a joint campus placement drive in which students from various other institutions participated in it such as CT Institute, Doaba College, PCTE Ludhiana, DIPS Institute.   Students were quite happy and satisfied form their performance and gave whole credit to their parents and teachers. Four Schools of Innocent Hearts School organized activities on the Eve of Christmas

Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan , Cantt. - Jandiala Road and Royal World celebrated Christmas with great enthusiasm. The students sang Carols. The kids of INNOKIDS dressed up as Santa Claus and distributed sweets. The life of Christ and his messages were conveyed through choreography. A special assembly was held to celebrate and spread Christ’s messages. The students of classes I and II participated in ball decoration and III - IV showed creativity in Gift Wrapping Competition. The students of classes V and VI participated in Inter - House Quiz Competition. The Director Principal Schools - Mr. Dheeraj Banati gave wishes to the students on the eve of Christmas and explained the importance of Jesus’ messages and motivated them to help others.   The kids were in a festive mood through the whole day.
